If you wish to change the attendance for your child, please complete and submit this form. Please note:
- All changes for additional attendance need a minimum of 2 weeks to be accepted. This is because we need to ensure we have the staff available
- All changes for a reduction of attendance cannot be done unless advised 2 weeks before the end of the next term. This is because we cannot re-deploy staff in other rooms during the term.
If changing from 51 weeks stretched t0 38 weeks, please allow a full year to elapse to have the full benefit of the grant. Otherwise you will lose grant hours and cannot have them back
